Runners from all over the country are descending on Kansas City for the 37th Annual Hospital Hill Run! This exciting event takes place tomorrow morning starting at 7 a.m. There will be a half-marathon, 10k, and wheel chair race.

If you’ve never seen an event like this, you should definitely check it out! Go cheer on the runners-Believe me, they need it! As a former (very slow!) half-marathoner, I can tell you that having some perfect strangers scream and cheer as I slogged along gave me just enough motivation to keep putting one foot in front of the other.
