Irish dancers

Don't miss Irish dancing, music, food, and more at the Kansas City Irish Festival!

That means “a hundred thousand welcomes” in Gaelic, because Kansas City is welcoming you to the 8th annual Kansas City Irish Fest at Crown Center Square! This is a truly enormous celebration of Irish culture and Kansas City’s Irish roots, going on over Labor Day weekend in the heart of Kansas City, just 24 minutes from The Ridge at Chestnut Apartments.

This huge festival features amazing live music by internationally, nationally, and regionally known Irish performers in a variety of musical styles, from ultra-traditional Irish music to Celtic rock and everything in between. There will be delicious, authentic Irish food for sale,  great Irish-themed merchandise, plenty of brew, contests in categories like baking, crafts, and art, workshops and lectures on Irish cultural subjects, and the Feis, or Irish dance competition! And on Sunday, you can come worship at Kansas City’s largest outdoor mass!

There are so many exciting activities at this huge cultural event, so don’t miss it!
