Spicy, Tangy Chicken for a Crowd

Enjoy our beautiful landscaping and the warm summer evenings by grilling dinner at our barbecue and picnic area! I love eating outside; it just makes everything taste better. When I ran across this recipe, I realized it would be perfect for a laid-back gathering of friends and family.

The recipe for this deliciously spicy chicken dish is from the kitchn. It uses boneless, skinless chicken thighs, which are cheaper than boneless, skinless chicken breasts, and are also harder to overcook. The thighs are rubbed with a zingy paste concocted of garlic, ginger, jalapeno, coriander, cumin, lemon juice, and tomato paste.

If you like spicy food, this will be right up your alley! To see the recipe and read more, visit thekitchn.com.
